Recommended Replacement Regulator for a Marshall Gas Model 290-00
Question:
Hello, Mile Ray at GasStop sent me your way. I have a 2001 Safari Trek Motorhome. It came from the owners with a data sheet on a Marshall Gas Controls Model #290-00. I can not read the serial number or build date on the unit. Ive attached a couple of pictures. Regardless, I presume it is is time to replace it. Ive had the RV less than a week and would like to update the LPG system with a GasStop. 1. Can you suggest a new regulator for me? 2. From the picture, can you tell if I have the room to extend the equipment off to the right slightly past the tray projection located below the controls? My concern would be that the regulator may not vent well without as much of a wind shield. Thanks very much. No doubt, Ill be looing for lots of various parts and accessories... Thanks! Kevin in Tucson

Since your Marshall Gas Controls Model 290-00 is just a standard 2 stage regulator, you can just use the Camco Horizontal 2-Stage Propane Regulator w/ P.O.L # CAM59333 as a replacement.
From the picture it does look like you have enough room, but you'd probably have a better idea since the tank is in your possession.
