There are some good bike rack options for the 2023 Jeep wrangler. Because of the design of the rear hatch and the placement of the spare tire there really will not be any good trunk mounted options, but there will be a few other directions we can go.
One option is to go with a spare tire mounted bike rack like the Hollywood Racks SR1 # HRSR1. This rack will install over the door mounted spare tire and it will fit virtually any tire up to 15" wide. It can hold two bikes weighing up to 35 lbs apiece. Aside from a hitch mounted rack, this will definitely be the best option.
If you want to look at a hitch mounted rack, I recommend first installing the etrailer Class 3 Hitch # e98856. This has a 2" receiver so it will allow you to carry virtually any hitch mounted bike rack.
As far as a hitch mounted rack, there are tons of options and a lot of it depends on what kind of bikes you have. Most racks will work with the standard mountain bikes or road bikes, but a specialty rack may be needed for heavier electric bikes.
My recommendation for a bike rack is the Kuat NV 2.0 # BA22B. I have been using this rack as my personal rack for about 3 years now and it has served me very well. Loading and unloading is very easy and the rack will accommodate virtually any kind of bike from standard mountain bikes to heavier electric bikes. It will hold virtually any bike weighing up to 60 lbs apiece. So if you do want to do a hitch rack this is definitely the way to go. Otherwise the spare tire rack will work just fine for standard bikes.
