Why Cant I Use a B&W Companion Slider w/ a Reese Revolution Pin Box?

Why does it say not to use revolution with BWRVK3670. I have this same 5th hitch but on rails and a 18k that i have been towing with my reece revolution for 3 years. Needed this new one for ram 2500 with puck system.

Because you can not use a sliding hitch like the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch item # BWRVK3670 and a rotating pin box at the same time. The combination will work fine if you lock out your Reese Revolution so it doesn't rotate. You basically can't have two moving parts. It'll snake around the entire time.

If you want to use the rotating pin box function of your Reese Revolution, I recommend purchasing the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch for Ram Towing Prep Package item # BWRVK3600. This will solve your compatibility issues and save you some money.

The B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch item # BWRVK3670 has the built in base that mounts directly to the puck system in the 2024 Ram 2500 with the factory prep package.
