Disc brakes are only going to be available in a hydraulic application like the Brakes # KD94FR you found. The ones you found are for AL-KO axles and we do have the Kit # K2R1058D11DAC for a 10K Dexter axle. You can use an Electric over Hydraulic Actuator # HBA16 to control the brakes with an electric brake controller.
If you can provide me with some additional information about your trailer I can help you determine what all parts you will need including brake lines to replace your Drum brakes # 23-438-439
