To add a hitch to your 2023 Ford Transit T350, I recommend the etrailer item # e98842. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Ford with included hardware. This is a class III hitch with a 2" receiver. It has a 6,000 lbs towing capacity and a 900 lbs maximum tongue weight. This capacity can be increased to 9,000 lbs when used with a weight distribution system.
I really like the etrailer Hitch item # e98842 because it installs far enough back that the receiver sticks out right below your rear bumper. This really helps with clearance because you don't have to worry about backing up short to avoid hitting something with the hitch.
For a wiring harness, you will want the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness item # C56327. This custom-fit T-connector plugs into your Ford's wiring harness, which is located in your rear cargo area, behind the driver's-side and passenger's-side tail lights. It will provide you with a 4-way connector.
I have linked a couple of installation videos below so you can see how to get these parts set up.
To round out your towing setup, I recommend the Curt Towing Starter Kit for 2" Hitches item # C45534. This towing kit will provide you with a 2" ball and a fixed ball mount with a 3/4" rise and 2" drop. It also includes a hitch pin and clip, hitch receiver lock with keys, hitch cover, and a storage case.
