Recommended Trailer Hitch Receiver For Carrying a Bike Rack Behind a 2024 Jeep Wrangler
Question:
What hitch do you recommend for carrying a bike rack on a 2024 Jeep Wrangler?

I recommend our etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98856 for your 2024 Jeep Wrangler. This will give you the more common 2" opening and allow you to use a Kuat Pivot 2 Swing Away Hitch Extender # PVP20B. The swing away will allow you to still access your rear window and gate without having to remove the bikes from the rack.
The Kuat NV 2.0 Base Bike Rack # BA22B is a great rack to pair with their swing away rack. This has a lightweight aluminum construction which will allow you to carry 2 bikes weighing up to 60lbs each.
The T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118786 will give you a 4-way which will also allow you to add Auxiliary Lights # C53201 to the bike rack. It is also the most common connector found on small trailers you may tow.
