Solution for Adding Second 4-Way to 4-Way Wiring
Question:
I need a dual pigtail wiring harness or Y splitter that plugs into the trailer adaptor behind my bumper and lets me plug in a 2nd one that I can tie up behind the bumper and…. ….plug in another one to free up the 4flat so I can still use my 4flat on the outside of the bumper. Do you see what I mean

Best option we have for that would be a 4-way kit like the part # 18252 which you can splice into your current 4-way wiring to give you a second one like you are looking for. There isn't a y-adapter available like you mentioned.
