I found and got the factory hitch installed on my 2023 Jeep Cherokee but now I need wiring. What do you recommend?

The trailer hitch wiring I recommend for your 2023 Jeep Cherokee is the Curt Powered Tail Light Converter with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C59236. This will splice into your OEM wiring and then get powered directly from your battery to help protect your factory wiring.
To secure the 4-Way connector next to your receiver you also need the mounting brackets # 18144 and # C57202.
