The Bulldog 182513 is an old part which is no longer available. Based on our records, the Bulldog 182513 was a 10,000 lb square weld on side wind jack with 12-3/4" lift. It measured 26-3/4" retracted and 39-1/2" extended.
Our best option for replacing it is the Bulldog Square Jack # BD182500. This is a 10,000 lb square weld on side wind jack with 12-1/2" lift. It measures 27" retracted and 39-1/2" extended. This is the closest option we carry for a replacement. The only difference is the 1/4" in lift which shouldn't be an issue. The handle is sold separately and for that we recommend part # BD800090.
