Yes, there are wiring kits available for a 1993 Chevrolet Blazer 4x4. I assume you are looking for a trailer wiring harness. If this is the case, then I recommend the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness, # C55319. This is a plug-in style wiring harness that connects in-line with the trucks tail light harness. The tail light harness can be found along the left rear frame rail by the bumper. I have attached the installation instructions for you to check out.

If you cannot easily access the tail light harness connectors, then you could also use a hard wire harness like part # 18252. This harness will simply splice into your trucks tail light circuits using the included quick splice connectors.
