Trailer Wiring Recommendation for US and Canada Model 2013 Chevy Malibu

How do I know if my malibu is a us model or canadian model

If you bought your 2013 Chevy Malibu in the US then you have a US model. If so, you will want the Curt T-connector # C59236. Unfortunately, we do not carry a wiring harness for the Canadian model at this time.

If you are still confused the easiest way would be for you to contact your Chevy dealer and give them your VIN number and they should be able to tell you.

From the research I did it looks like if your VIN starts with the numbers 1,4 or 5 it was made in the US and if it starts with the letter 2 it was made in Canada. What country did you buy your car in?
