Tow Bar Wiring Recommendation for a 1999 Jeep Wrangler getting Flat Towed

Is there enough wire for the 4 way flat end to rear the front of a 1999 Wrangler, so It could be attached to a motor home?

The T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118409 that you referenced is wiring for activating trailer taillights on a trailer being towed behind the vehicle that the harness is installed on. While technically the # 118409 could work in reverse it's not something we can safely recommend you do because it could cause current to backfeed on your vehicle wiring and damage something. We are aware people do this and some have not had issues, but its still not the best solution.

If you are looking for a kit that will wire into your 1999 Wrangler that will activate the taillights of the vehicle in conjunction with the tow vehicle while being flat-towed I would recommend the Roadmaster Universal Hy-Power Diode Wiring Kit # RM-154.
