You will need to select the correct Equal-i-zer weight distribution hitch based on the tongue weight and total trailer weight for your 17B trailer. 200-600lbs Tongue Weight, Trailer Up to 6,000lbs # EQ37060ET
600-1,000lbs Tongue Weight, Trailer Up to 10,000lbs # EQ37100ET

Also if you can provide me with the receiver height on your 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee and height of your trailer coupler I can verify if you will need a different shank for the height difference. Otherwise you can select one from the list below. The stock shank provides up to a 3" drop.
