Does Hopkins 41157 Cover Close Flat
Question:
Dear etrailer, I just recieved my Hopkins #41157 7 way plug assy. and was wondering why the spring loaded cover doesnt close flat? It just doesnt look right to me. Can I make it so it does close flat, as it seems it would seal better. Thank you

The Hopkins Endurance # 41157 doesn't close fully flat, it is slightly jutted out, and unfortunately there is no way that I'm aware to modify it to get completely flat.
