Will a 16K Reese Sidewinder Fit on a 2022 Vengeance Rogue 351 5TH Wheel Toy Hauler?
Question:
1 Can I use my 16,000 pound Reese Side-winder king-pin and receiver on a 2022 Vengeance/Rogue-351. The 351 has a 17,000 lb gross but we only haul E-Bikesand Kayacks in toyhauler n never fill up our water or garage gas tank. We only add 1,000lb max to 13000 lb dry weight. Can you explain to me why I see a number of questions on adding Gooseneck adapte, plus pros n cons and what model number goose adapter I would need for my 2022 Vengeance/351 if I would go that route. 3 Would you suggest I add anything to my F-250 suspension to pull my new 2020 Vengeance/Rigue-351 tiyhauler. If yes, what are my options. Thanks

I do see your 2022 Vengeance Rogue 351 has a Rhino Box pin box so your Reese Sidewinder would also need to have this bolt pattern. Currently we only have the 20K Sidewinder # RP34FR which has the bolt holes for the mounting arms of the Rhino Box pin box. With that said if your 16K pin box does have the correct bolt pattern and you never exceed the 16K weight capacity or tongue weight you can safely use it but this means your Vengeance can never exceed 16,000lbs.
If you wanted to go to the Reese Goose Box 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Air Ride Coupler Adapter # RP85FR this has been updated to bolt to the mounting arms for the Rhino pin box. It would bolt on without any adapter plates but you will need to add Safety Chains # RP49151. This is a better option if you already have a long bed truck where the Sidewinder is best for short bed trucks.
For your suspension you might consider some air springs. If you can give me some more information on your F-250 I can give you the best option.
