Recommended Hitch And 4-Pole Harness With Bracket For A 2024 Jeep Wrangler
Question:
2024 Jeep wrangler. What hitch and 4 pin harness do you recommend? I will only be towing a small kayak trailer only a few hundred lbs. I would also like a bracket so I can keep everything neat. Thanks.

For your 2024 Jeep Wrangler, I recommend the etrailer Class 3 Hitch # e98856. The hitch is rated for 3,500 lbs towing so it will be plenty strong for your kayak trailer. I like this hitch because it has an extended receiver tube, which will help with clearance between any hitch mounted accessory and the spare tire on your Jeep.
For your wiring harness I recommend the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118786. For a bracket I recommend the Mounting Bracket # 18144. You can use self-tapping screws to attach directly to the crossmember right next to the receiver for a secure accessible mounting location.
