The largest channel size we have fits a 3" wide channel so you'll have to do some modifications to get it to fit.

Alternatively, we also have the Buyers Products Coupler w/ 3-Position Adjustable Channel # 3370091543 which is a weld-on application that you can potentially use if your trailer tongue design allows. For this type of installation it's best to consult a professional welder or trailer shop who has done this type of work before.
