Recommended Wiring Harness for a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee w/out the Towing Package

Question:

I have a 2017 grand Cherokee limited ,no tow package. The vehicle has stop and start system on it. Will your kit work on this vehicle? With that option ? What I mean by stop and start is that when you come up to a light, the vehicle will shut off then when you release the brake it will start up. I do have the option of turning that off. Thanks for any information about your product.

Yes, it will. The T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness item # 118727 you were looking at will work with or without the Auto Stop/Start feature on. It gets it's signal directly from the tail lights which stay on when your vehicle is stopped at a light. This wiring harness is custom fit for the 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee's that do not have the tow package.

If you are planning on towing you will also need a hitch item # 75699 and a ball mount kit item # C45534.
