Can Curt Q16 5th Wheel Head Be Switched with Curt A20 5th Wheel Head
Question:
I currently have a curt q16. I would like to upgrade to an A20 head. Can I use the Q 16 legs? Thanks.

The Q16 and the A20 heads have different bolt patterns for the legs so they won't be interchangeable, which is a good thing in a roundabout way because it means you'll be using legs with the same weight rating as the head.
For an A20 hitch that fits Industry Standard Rails (ISR) you need the following:
- Curt A20 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # C16140
If you have a specialized rail system in your truck bed just let me know and I'll be happy to see what other part you might need!
