Should 2 Sets of Single fenders or a Tandem Axle Fender be Used for Tandem Axle Trailer

Is it better to use this or 2 sets of single fenders for my dual axle trailer?

It's definitely better both design and function-wise to use a true tandem axle fender like the Tandem Axle Teardrop Fenders w/ Backing Plates # HP92VR you were looking at. Using single axle fenders might have complications with having enough room for both to fit, and it won't look as nice either.
