Replacement Shock for Ameritool 13-80 Gas Shock
Question:
Hi: I am trying to replace a Ameritool ML 13-80# gas shock for a rv basement door. Our shock was damaged when the basement door fell off the rv, and can neither be extended nor retracted. Right now its extended, I THINK all the way, with a length overall of 15-3/4. The body of the shock is 8-3/4 LOA, so there is no way this is a 20 shock. Can you help me figuer out what I need? Thanks.

Our best option would be the part # 372-5200-75 which is a 75 lb shock that when extended is 17 inches and compressed 9.66 inch.
