If your 2003 Ford Explorer came with the factory 7-way you can use the Pollak Replacement 7-Pole, RV-Style Trailer Connector Socket # PK11893 to plug into the factory harness. Otherwise if you do not have factory wiring you will need to add the 4-Way # 118344 with our 7-Way Upgrade Kit # ETBC7. The 7-way kit also includes wiring for a Brake Controller # RED52VR.
