How Can 2015 Toyota Sienna Transport Two Dirt Bikes
Question:
I want install a dual dirt bike carrier - the total weight incl bikes would be 450-500 lbs. That is a bit higher than the 385 lbs tongue weight for 2015 Toyota Sienna. Would it be safe to use this ...any way around other than buying a small trailer ?

On a vehicle like your 2015 Toyota Sienna that has a lower tongue weight capacity the only solution would be towing a smaller trailer with a hitch installed like the Draw Tite part # 75237. You'll need trailer wiring too for that which you'd need the Tekonsha part # 118648.
