If you have the Pullrite Superglide that is designed to fit industry standard fifth wheel rails then yes, the Reese Dodge Adapter part # RP30154 that you referenced would work well for you. Your hitch would be called the ISR Series SuperGlide if this were the case.
If you have the Traditional Series SuperGlide there currently is not an adapter option that will convert your Mopar underbed rail system to something that will allow you to install your hitch.
