Recommended Roof Rack and Ski Carrier for a 2021 Subaru Crosstrek w/ Side Rails
Question:
A family member has a 2021 Subaru Crosstreck and needs a ski rack. It does have a roof rack but not cross bars. Do you carry anyting and if so how much is it. Thanks

To add a ski rack to a 2021 Subaru Crosstrek you'll need to install a set of crossbars first. I recommend the Rhino-Rack Vortex StealthBar Roof Rack item # JA7987 in black, or item # JA7954 in silver. These attach directly to the side rails and do not overhang the sides which makes them perfect for a ski rack. The included locks will help secure them from theft.
I have attached a couple of pictures below along with an installation video so you can see what they look like installed and how to get them set up. The prices are on the right hand side of the product pages.
For a ski carrier, I recommend using the Rhino-Rack item # RR573, which holds three pairs of skis or two snowboards and has a 18-1/2" external length or the Rhino-Rack item # RR574 which holds four pairs of skis or two snowboards and has an external length of 25-5/8".
