Does The Demco Kar Kaddy X Tow Dolly # DM9713093 Require Assembly?
Question:
How much assembly does this thing require? the reviews say the assembly is a pain the butt. I read on a forum it comes preassembled. Which one is true?

Expert Reply:
Your confusion is understandable as Demco offers the Kar Kaddy X Tow Dolly # DM9713093 in both an unassembled version, which we carry and an assembled version. Our version is unassembled which saves you on both the cost and shipping since it can fit into a smaller package. While we do not have any assembly videos it will require you to bolt on the hubs, fenders wheels, ramps and the main tongue assembly. All the components on the tongue must also be bolted on and you will need to install and bleed the brake lines for the disc brakes. If you do not feel comfortable performing these tasks you can have the work performed at a nearby service shop of your choice as well.
