How Do You Disconnect The Air Line From The ECU On Firestone Ride-Rite Wireless Compressor System
Question:
hello, how do you remove the air line from the ride rite wireless ECU? Im trying to replace a line and can seem to pull it out of the ECU. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Expert Reply:
The ECU for the Air Command Compressor System # F2610 uses a push connect style connector similar to the fittings included with the kit. You must press in the ring around the air line when pulling the air line for it to be removed from the ECU. Depending on how easily you can access the air line you may need to use a open end wrench to press down on the ring collar while pulling on the air line to get it removed.
