Yes, the Curt trailer hitch # C13105 will fit your AWD 2014 Toyota Sienna! If you plan on doing some towing with this hitch I recommend etrailer ball mount kit # EBMK4. It comes with a ball mount, interchangeable ball set, hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag.
For trailer wiring I recommend Tow Ready wiring harness, # 118498. This harness plugs in line with the vehicle tail light wiring and connects to the vehicle battery to power the trailer lights. This helps isolate and protect the vehicle wiring from the trailer wiring.
