Recommended RV Storage Cover For A Vintage Canned Ham Trailer With Wings

Question:

Hi! I’m looking for a winter cover for a vintage canned ham camper. We get lots of snow. Want room to put protection under the cover for the roof/snow weight. It’s about 13 ft and has wings. Also a door opening. It’s not of great value. I painted it and put coating on roof. Thanks!

For your trailer I recommend the Adco RV Cover for Travel Trailers # 290-74838. This cover fits travel trailers up to 15' in length so there should be enough slack for the wings on the back of the trailer to fit as well. I do recommend placing a pole or something between the wings to push it up and create a pitch so that the snow doesn't just stack up on the cover over the wings and rip from the weight.

This cover has better protection than the compatible AquaShed # 290-52238 option, but it doesn't have entry door access. If you want to still be able to get in the camper while the cover is on you'll want the # 290-52238 instead.
