It should and most likely does because there were no major changes between the 2023 and 2024 model years. However, as of 10/22/23 we don't know for sure because none of our vendors have had a chance to test it out. These vans are starting to hit the dealerships so we should have confirmation shortly. The etrailer Hitch item # e56RR has only been confirmed to fit the 2021 - 2023 Toyota Sienna's including the XSE models.
