Troubleshooting a Draw-Tite Activator IV that Stops Working when its Raining
Question:
my brake controller is showing 0.0 when press on the brake and the 3.0 when i push the activator only if its raining i drive a 2002 f350

If your brake controller is working normally when the conditions are dry and then behaving strangely when its raining the problem is most likely that moisture is getting into the trailer connector. You will want to inspect the trailer connector to see how the moisture is getting in and fix as necessary.
If you find any corrosion there you will want to clean that off as well. If that does not fix the problem I would recommend you go over the trailer wiring and the wiring of the connectors looking for any cut or exposed wire and fix as necessary.
