The B and W Companion would be the best choice with your existing Turnover Ball Gooseneck Hitch.
If you have a 6 foot bed, you would use the sliding model, part # BWRVK3400-5W. The slider allows the hitch to move rearward by 12 inches to allow for more clearance between the rear of the cab and the front of the 5th wheel. The hitch should only be slid rearward for low-speed maneuvering. For a long bed truck, use the stationary hitch, part # BWRVK3500-5W. Both the stationary and the sliding models have an 18K capacity.
