According to my contact at Brophy, the # TDSF stake pocket tie-downs will work with your truck, but your camper would need to be 8 feet long or shorter. You would also need the Tie-Down Hardware package, part # TDHP which includes the turnbuckles and chains. Their # HSSF system will not work with the 2004-2008 F150 Trucks.

If your camper is longer than 8 feed, Torklift offers some tie down solution, but I would need more information about your truck. I would need to know:

Does truck have a hitch? Is it OEM or aftermarket?
What's the bed length?
Does the truck have running boards that extend past the rear of the cab under the bed?

With this information, I can make a recommendation for a camper longer than 8 feet.
