How to Keep 20" Wide Truck Mud Flaps Stationary

I know I'll be able to get these installed, but is there a way to keep them from moving around while I'm driving?

Yes, to keep the 20" Wide Truck Mud Flaps # 337B2024LSP from moving around while you're driving you also need to get the Anti-Sail Brackets # 337400BZ. These install with the mounting hardware and provide containment for the flaps.
