Hitch with Best Ground Clearance 2015 Subaru Outback Wagon
Question:
I have a 2015 subaru outback. Im looking at your trailer hitches-75673 and 76227 Does one decrease your ground clearance more than the other? Im having a hard time seeing how each one would effect your ground clearance. Thanks

The Draw Tite hitch part # 76227 has the better ground clearance than the # 75673 for your 2015 Subaru Outback Wagon. It hugs tighter to the rear bumper but more importantly only the hitch opening hangs below the rear bumper which makes a bigger difference. If you think about when you are most likely to encounter a ground clearance problem it's going to be when turning into a steep driveway and the edge of the hitch crosstube would be what drags but with a hitch like this where just the hitch opening hangs below the bumper the problem is basically eliminated.
