The only information I was able to determine on the M116 military trailer is it uses double eye leaf springs and has a total trailer weight just over 3,000lbs. We currently offer 3,500lb leaf springs in a 23-1/8" # e59SR, 25-1/8" # e54SR and 27" # e97SR length. These lengths are measured from center of the eye to center of the other eye bolt holes. You will want to raise the weight off the suspension before measuring your current springs to get the most accurate measurement. If the measurement is different please let me know and I can help you determine if there is another option which may work.
For the shocks I was unable to find any information. The Shock Absorber for Roadmaster Comfort Ride Trailer Suspension System # RM-204000-00 is the only similar mounting shock we currently have. It measures 11-1/2 inches when compressed and it extends to 17-1/2 inches. If this is not the same as your current shock you will want to visit an auto parts store for help finding one that matches your measurements.
