Can Red Adapter From Andersen Ultimate Connection Be Installed Closer to Truck Cab
Question:
Can the Anderson ultimate gooseneck connection be reversed on the gooseneck ball so it brings my rv in further…. I have the Reese airborne pin box and I tried to flip the adapter piece but the air bag doesn’t like it on the pin box and it bottoms out all the time no matter how much air is put in it because of the weight it towards the back on the pin box….

Yes, the red adapter part that installs on your pin box can be reversed so that it's closer to the cab when utilizing the Andersen Ultimate Connection 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch System with Adapter # AM3200. Just be sure you go over the turning clearance section in the included instructions to ensure you won't hit your truck with the trailer while turning and you'll be good to go!
