Troubleshooting Control Panel of Lippert Ground Control Lights Up Green But Won't Power On
Question:
I have a 2023 grand design reflection. My lippert leveling system will turn on,but the screen is green and it doesnt say anything. The auto leveling system does not work, we have to do it manually.

Sounds like maybe there's an internal bug with the control panel of your Lippert Ground Control system. I would try unplugging the control panel to reset it or cut power to the system as that typically clears out weird bugs like that. If not it would be time for a new panel like the part # LC421484 you referenced.
