Which Tow Package Wires Should Be Connected to Brake Controller on 2012 Chevy Silverado
Question:
I just bought a silverdo 2012, it come with the brake controller already installed, all the wires are ok except because the red one on the controller is connected to the orange one on the truck, is this ok, all your videos shows that has to be connected to the Light blue on the truck.

Either the light blue or the orange wire carries the CHMSL circuit, so the way your controller is currently installed will work just fine. I have confirmed this with my buddy at Tekonsha.
