How to Choose High Low Adapter for Flat Towing
Question:
The center line of the hitch on the tow vehicle measures 23 inches off the ground. The center line of the towed vehicle measures 18 inch off the ground. Which adapter what I need

Thank you for providing those measurements. I'm assuming your 18" measurement was from the ground to the center point of the tabs/base plates where the tow bar attaches. If that is correct, you need a 5" drop for your high-low adapter. There are no adapters that match 5" but you can go with 4" or 6" since the safe zone is between 3" above level and 3" below level. This means that the # RM-048-6 you were looking at will work for your setup.
