Thanks for the pictures! The correct Comfort Ride System for your triple axle trailer is the Roadmaster Comfort Ride Leaf Spring Suspension Kit w/ Shock Absorbers item # RM-2460-2570-3.

As far as a disc brake conversion goes, we have options for both 1/2" and 9/16" lug studs so you don't have to change out your wheels. You'll need to take a measurement of your studs to confirm what size you have. With a 7,000 lbs axle and an 8 on 5-1/2 lug pattern you could go either way and that axle tag doesn't provide that information.

1/2" Lug Studs - Hydrastar Disc Brake Kit w/ Actuator for Triple Axle Trailers item # HSE7K-TR1

9/16" Lug Studs - Hydrastar Disc Brake Kit w/ Actuator for Triple Axle Trailers item # HYD54FR

I have linked a couple of installation videos below so you can see how to get these parts set up. You will also want to make sure your brake controller works with electric over hyraulic brakes. Feel free to email me directly if you have any additional questions.
