Expert Reply:
I recommend having the Air Lift 1000 Air Helper Springs # AL60821 installed on your 2013 Ford Explorer. This in combination with the Compressor Kit # AL25980 will allow you to reduce the rear end sag on your Explorer when you connect to your trailer. The system will allow you to easily adjust the air pressure in the springs to reduce sag from the wireless remote. And you can easily deflate the springs down to the minimum 5psi required to reduce having a stiff ride when not towing.
