Slider Hitch Recommendation for 2015 GMC Sierra 2500 with Reese Rails

Question:

I need to purchase a 5th wheel slider hitch. I currently have a 16K Reese installed in a 2015 GMC Sierra 2500 with 6.5 ft bed. What slider hitches will fit the Reese rails? Will other brands fit? Thanks

Thankfully basically all sliding fifth wheel hitches out there fit the Reese above bed rails you have in your 2015 GMC Sierra 2500. For a standard slider I really like the Curt A20 slider part # C16541 due to it's tight jaw design and round tube slider that allows it to be quieter and smoother than other options.

If you were feeling fancier we have an auto sliding fifth wheel hitch with the Demco Hijacker part # DM8550034 which will automatically slide back and forward as you make turns to allow for turning clearance.
