No, you will need to make some cuts. I have attached a couple of pictures below that show the inside of the wheel well with the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs item # F2582 installed so you can see what the end result will be.
The Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs item # F2582 are confirmed to fit the 2018 Ford F-150. They fit both the 2WD and 4WD models. I have linked an installation video below to help you get them set up.
I recommend adding the Firestone Air Command item # F2610 to your truck. This onboard compressor will allow you to adjust the PSI in your air bags from your phone.
