The best SumoSprings solution for your 2005 GMC Sierra 2500 to provide additional support would be the part # SSR-211-54 which is compatible with in-bed hitches like your fifth wheel and provides an additional 2,800 lbs of support.
Now if you wanted the best solution to improve ride quality, stability, and handling the Roadactive kit part # RAS3611-CHD. Unlike all other options the RAS kits does the best to improve ride quality while improving support as well.
