Question:
I have a bunkhouse tent trailer with 12” wheels. I pull it with my motorcycle but wish I had better braking. Is there electric brakes that would fit my trailer?

Yes, we can get you set up with some better brakes for your motorcycle trailer but in order to do so we are going to need a bit more information.
The first thing you're going to need to check for is a mounting flange on your current axles. If they don't have this flange, then you're going to either get new axles with the flange already welded on, or take your axles to a shop and have them weld it on.
Next, you're going to need to find out what hubs fit your current spindles. You can find this by measuring the bolt pattern on your current hubs. There is an FAQ I've attached that goes into a bit more detail on how you can do this.
The last thing you're going to need to find out is what spindles you have. You can do find this by checking the inner/outer bearing number which will be stamped on the inner/outer bearings, or take a digital caliper # PTW80157 and measure the spindle.
