Troubleshooting Flashing Light on Everchill RV Fridge

Our ever chill indicator is blinking how can it be my converter?

Could the converter not be able to provide enough power to the fridge? Basically does it seem like fridge is able to pull enough power through the converter? This could be due to a problem with the converter, it not being rated high enough for power demands, a weak battery (needs charging?), bad wiring etc.
