We have no way to know what came on your 2017 Palomino Palomini travel trailer but with that said scissor jacks are pretty much universal so the Scissor Stabilizer Jack # TJSC-24 you were looking at will work great.
This jack also has plenty of capacity at 2,500 lbs so it'll be more than enough to support your trailer. You're also going to need the Replacement Manual Crank Handle for Ram Scissor Stabilizer Jacks # TJSC-24-HD to be able to crank the jack up.
