Yes, it is. The etrailer Hitch item # e98853 is compatible with the all wheel drive models of the 2020 Toyota Sienna. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Toyota with included hardware. This is a class III hitch with a 2" receiver.

If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # C56106 for the SE models or item # C56261 for the standard models and a ball mount kit item # C45534.
