To determine the size of the battery needed to run your freezer you would need to determine the amp draw of the freezer per hour and then multiply it by how many hours it will need to run. You'll also need to check that a 2000 watt inverter, like the Go Power Industrial Pure Sine Wave Inverter # 34278156 you were looking at, would be enough to power the freezer. You'll likely need a pretty large amp hour battery bank in order to accomplish this, but you can knock down the size a bit by using a DC to DC charger since you'll have the vehicle running.

A charger like the Redarc In-Vehicle BCDC Battery Charger # 331-BCDC1240D should be more than enough to keep the battery charged while you're driving so that you can use a smaller battery. To complete the installation you'll need additional wiring, connectors, and fuses # 331-FK60.
